Refund Policy


Key points:

- Initial deposit of $60 is non-refundable.

- When full payment of $300 is made, only $240 is refundable.

Refunds on appointment bookings

We use the initial deposit ($60) to pay for the materials (films, developing fee, postage fee etc). Therefore, the initial deposit ($60) is non-refundable. If full amount has been paid, we only offer a refund of $240 from the $300 paid. Once a refund is requested, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with the amount being refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
